SEMAR Launches NEW Public IDX Search

The Southeast Minnesota Association of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service (SEMAR MLS) proudly introduces this new public property search website!

• No need to register to do searches
• Do a search by choosing the criteria you want under Property Search. Scroll to the bottom of the criteria list to enter listing numbers (separated by commas)
• View the results in several ways by clicking a tab at the top of the page
  
  
  1. MAP – See all search results indicated on a map, Click one to see the details.
  2. GRID – See search results in short format, Click each to get more information
  3. DETAIL – See each result in full detail
  4. MEDIA – See all photos, virtual tours, and/or videos for each result property
     
     
• Select any listings you want and they will be added to a Cart. Print from the Reports tab to get the information on the listings you want
• No need to register to do searches

• Need help? Click the HELP tab at the top to get an explanation of where you are
• Want more information? Contact your real estate agent. Your agent can track changes to the properties in which you are interested and set you up to receive emailed updates. Your agents can now compare any listings with statistical information to help you understand the local market.
