I spent 27 Years as an Engineer in the construction trades, the last 10 as Director of Engineering for Architectural Millwork companies working with General Contractors and Building Inspectors designing, building, and installing High-End Commercial Retail stores. During my career, I have also bought, remodeled, and flipped more than 15 homes, including building two from the ground up. When I retired from Corporate Engineering nearly 3 years ago, I became a certified professional home inspector thru lnter-NACHI and opened The Inspector-Gadget LLC.
